Books and product information
Review the product title, edition, ISBN, format, condition, and contents before purchasing. Cover artwork may differ between printings; the listed edition and ISBN identify the book being offered. Contact us before ordering if you need help confirming a title or edition.
If we identify a material listing error or cannot supply an ordered item, we will contact you to explain the issue and arrange an agreed solution or cancellation and refund. We will not substitute a different edition without your agreement.
Orders and payment
Provide accurate contact, billing, and delivery information and use only a payment method you are authorised to use. Prices are in U.S. dollars unless expressly stated otherwise. Review the order total and any applicable shipping charges and taxes before placing your order. Payment options available for an order are shown at checkout.
Contact us promptly about an incorrect address, order change, or cancellation request. Whether a change can be made depends on whether processing or dispatch has already occurred; we will explain the available options.
Shipping
We ship within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Orders require 1–2 business days of processing before dispatch. Delivery estimates begin after dispatch and are separate from processing time. Available service descriptions, prices, and delay procedures are in our Shipping Policy.
Returns, refunds, and order problems
Contact us with your order number to request a return, report damage, or ask about an incorrect or missing item. We provide prepaid return labels for accepted returns. Refunds are issued within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the return; your bank may take additional time to display the credit. Original expedited and two-day shipping charges are not refunded for change-of-mind returns.
Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
Using the website
Do not use the website for fraudulent transactions, attempts to access another person’s account, harmful code, or activity that disrupts the store. Keep any account credentials confidential and contact us if you suspect unauthorised use.
Book titles, cover images, publisher names, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. A purchase of a physical book does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights.
Updates and questions
