Processing your order
Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing before dispatch. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
Shipping options and delivery estimates
- Standard shipping — Free: estimated delivery in 5–7 business days after dispatch.
- Expedited shipping — $6.99: estimated delivery in 3–4 business days after dispatch.
- Two-day shipping — $19.99: estimated delivery in 2 business days after dispatch.
Prices are in U.S. dollars. Delivery estimates begin after dispatch and do not include the 1–2 business day processing period. Two-day shipping does not mean delivery two days after you place your order.
Including processing, estimated time from ordering to delivery is 6–9 business days for standard shipping, 4–6 business days for expedited shipping, or 3–4 business days for two-day shipping.
Delays and delivery questions
Delivery times are estimates. Carrier disruptions, severe weather, and holidays may affect transit. If we cannot dispatch within the promised processing period, we will notify you, provide an updated estimate, and offer the choice to accept the delay or cancel for a full refund.
For tracking assistance, a missing package, or a delivery problem, contact us with your order number. Please check your delivery address before ordering and contact us promptly if it needs correcting.
